They litterally kicked me out with an excuse that I am having a panic attack I was soo dizzy and they left me hang in there alone like some kind of animal with the excuse of having a baby’s appointment after mine ,whatever cesure or attack I was having had an explosion due to few months condition I am trying to resolve ,this is the first time someone have treated me with no respect whatsoever and did not give me any advice or anything while I was having the attack but lied on my medical records which everything they have stated regarding my time at the walk in centre I’m soo very disappointed

They could of payed some attention to my medical state and they could of helped me rather than sending me off to my GP I was there with an allergic reaction having swollen eyes and heart palpitations and they had the excuse of sending of in the sitting area stating that I’m having a panic attack !! Which I do not have my condition in more to do with a sinusitis polyps that are compressing on some nerves that make half of my face have these less oxygen attacks due to apparent allergen . They could of given me antihistamines or something but they just send me out while I could not control whatever was going on with my face and body I’m very unhappy with this service very unfortunately!!

Booked appointment. Arrived slightly too early and seen just before appointment time. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

My patient journey from being greeted at reception to being seen F2F by a clinician was seamless and a patient centred approach. The clinician gave me the time to explain my symptoms, she then asked me a series of questions to help determine a diagnosis. The treatment plan was agreed by both parties. I was happy with the service and will use this again

Awesome care and consideration x would recommend to everyone x

Because all but 1 of the wheelchairs had beer stolen we had to share which took time x not at all the facilities fault x but if wheelchairs were basic and plain just wheels and a seat x nobody would steal x also maybe tracker loud noise if they leave premises x
